THE BRIEF
A first meeting on site is fundamental to understand the essence of the place and the clients concerns and desires. With this information we will develop a written brief and provide a document with a full breakdown and explanation of how the process will work and what the costs will be.

We are personally involved in every project.
ANALYSIS
Our team will analyse the existing topography, infrastructures, vegetation, soil conditions and solar exposure as this forms the basis of the design. For this purpose we use GPS data to prepare a CAD draft that will be adjusted according to a survey on site.
DESIGN CONCEPT
We then prepare a presentation of the proposed plan, comprising hand drawn sketches, 3d visuals, CGI’s, precedent photos, plans and everything needed to convey exactly how the finished garden will look. This is the first tangible visualisation of your garden and it is a discussion document which allows the design to change and evolve. A fixed fee is charged for the design concept.
DETAILED DESIGN
A detailed masterplan taking in consideration any changes and revisions which may have come out of the last stage is prepared. This includes every aspect of the project down to finishing materials, lighting schemes and irrigation. We are very proud of the quality of the detailed design and consider it extremely valuable to achieve a unique design, allowing to provide the most accurate costs prevision and to guarantee that the construction will lead to the desired result.
PLANTING
To choose the right vegetation is crucial to have a sustainable design. Special attention is paid to a detailed planting plan and specifications - how the chosen vegetation evolves around the year and the maintenance plan for each species. We understand that you may wish to remain closely involved with the planting design, so whether you know a little or a lot about plants we will work with you on every step
PROPOSAL
Once the final design is defined we will request price informations from our business partners - plant nurseries, landscaping contractors, material and irrigation suppliers - according to the project specifications. After analysing their quotes and discussing the best time frame for the works we will present a final proposal with the exact final costs and project schedule.
